Tax collector: does this just increase the revenue by a %? does it have an impact on prosperity? whats the %? If so the 'real' description would be 'chance to give you x money every x days'. What does that mean? I guess it has something to do with the random pop-ups I get saying they've cought someone. Watchman: 'finds criminals and brings them to justice'. Messenger: allows you to hire people anywhere Weapon/armor/horse master: you can order high end gear.

I mean I understand most of them but there are a lot of questions which are hard to work out: some I can test out for myself easily like messenger and merchant guild but the others I have no clue. It says what they do from a lore context but not a game one.

Theres no necessarity for a wiki to explain it better looks like nobody didnt bother with it, why even right? when you need to hold someones hand like that. This game already explained it well to you what each buildings does once you click in. I've found the odd stat by they are either for villages only or for Warband so I'm not sure if they carry across.
